Program description

Apex Marketing (komenso.com) provides customer-care and follow-up text messaging on behalf of the local service businesses that use our platform. Message types include: a reply when your call to the business was missed, confirmation that your website request was received, follow-ups about a quote or scheduled work, and an invitation to review the business after a completed job. The sending business is identified by name in every message. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Program terms

  1. You opt in to the service by calling or texting the business's phone number first, or by submitting the business's website contact form and checking the box agreeing to be texted about your request.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply "START" or contact the business as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@komenso.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business — typically several messages related to your specific request, appointment, or completed job. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Data sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consumer opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, any third party.
