Apex Marketing ("Apex," "we," "us"), operating at komenso.com, provides marketing and customer-communication services to local service businesses (our "Clients"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information — including information belonging to our Clients' customers when we send or receive messages on a Client's behalf.
Information we collect
- Contact details you or a Client's customer provide: name, phone number, email address, service address, and the content of inquiries, form submissions, calls, and text messages.
- Communication records: the messages we send and receive on behalf of Clients (for example, missed-call text-backs, appointment follow-ups, and review requests), including delivery status and timestamps.
- Consent records: when and how a person agreed to receive messages (for example, checking the SMS consent box on a Client's website form, or initiating contact by calling or texting a Client's business number).
How we use information
- To deliver the services a person requested from a Client — responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, sending follow-ups about quotes or completed work, and requesting feedback.
- To operate, secure, and improve our platform.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
Text messaging (SMS) privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

How we share information
- With the Client whose business you contacted — your inquiry and conversation belong to your relationship with that business.
- With service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, telephony, and email delivery providers), bound to use it only to provide those services.
- If required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.
- We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services to our Clients and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We protect information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and role-restricted access.
Your choices
- Opt out of text messages any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@komenso.com.
